German drama shoots in Blackpool
I have been shooting Steadicam in Blackpool this week for “The Last Trace”, a Saturday night drama series for UFAFiction in Germany, directed by Andreas Herzog with Wolfgang Aichholzer as DOP.

Dave Carey, Steadicam and camera op. on “Doc Martin”, has recently taken delivery of a Step On/Off rickshaw for use on the next series which is due to shoot in Cornwall in May.
BBC Drama “The Village” shoot with rickshaw
The rickshaw has recently been out in Derbyshire for the second series of BBC drama “The Village”. The crew needed to track across the immaculate lawns of a stately home, so they fitted the balloon wheels to get the shot without causing any damage.

Recently completed a modified version of the standard rickshaw for the guys at Wildcat Grips.
They wanted to use it for interior work involving narrow doorways and corridors.
I tweaked the existing design and came up with the “Slim Jim” which is only 2’3″ wide.
It will also take a wider axle for added stability outdoors and can easily be fitted with Balloon Wheels.

Recently completed shooting Steadicam on BBC cop drama “The Interceptor” with DOP Damian Bromley and Director Cilla Ware.
Shooting Rizzle Kicks
Just completed Steadicam work on the promo for Rizzle Kicks’ track “Tell Her” featuring tennis star Maria Sharapova.
Directed by Tom King and shot on location around Wimbledon.
